Itacarbon


 

Through thermal analysis Itacarbon allows to execute a continuous control on the chemical composition of the iron, estimating Carbon, Silicon and Carbon Equivalent content . In few minutes, the analysis of cooling process gives information concerning the chemical aspects of the considered metal.


 

The thermal analysis even supplies results on the overall characteristics of the base iron, estimating also the main thermal parameters.


 

The system is supplied with two separated channels analyzing the chemical composition of the iron.

Each Itaca channel can be used in a flexible way, estimating chemical composition (% Carbon, % Silicon, % Carbon Equivalent ) in different conditions, placing it even distant from the other channel, using the same Software.
