The CPP automatically manages also the charge of the coating paste (from small silos, drums or bulk storage tanks). It can supply directly one or more dipping tanks (both at constant level and at batch charge), dressing cells with robot and flow coating tank.
All the data (alarms, data from viscosimeter and densimeter, type of produced dressing, operator’s notes) are saved on a specific database, that allows the core shop, quality and metallurgic managers to easily access the data in a graphic form.
In this way, for example, the quality supervisor of the foundry will know in real time the value of the density in any tank of the core shop, simply interrogating the database through our user-friendly analysis module. It is also possible to associate the prepared coating to each casting, core shooter, batch of production or to any other specific parameter of the foundry.
The analysis module even includes a special report module, that allows to create customized reports.
The CPP can be connected to ProService Assistance Centre and managed via remote control. This feature is extremely important because it allows ProService technicians to promptly solve possible failures, reducing in this way the time and the costs of the stop, or to meet particular requests of the customer (for example a possible customization of the software also after sale).
