Coating tanks

ProService Technology designs and manufactures coating tanks of different sizes and kinds, in accordance with customer’s requests and with the tank shape in order to get a homogeneous density in the entire volume. The coating tank can be matched with a coating preparation plant or provided with a simpler density control by the Density Sentinel.
Both the mixers and the propellers are entirely manufactured by ProService. In particular, the propellers are sized in function of the quantities and the kind of the coating to mix and are covered by durable material.

ProService produces different kinds of tanks:
• dipping (at batch type);
• dipping at constant level;
• by flow;
• by flow with cascade;
• combined (dipping – by flow with cascade);
• and many other customized applications (automatic manipulation of the cores, tank for coating cells with robot).
