training

In quality of complete partner for companies, one of our main tasks has always been making our technical ability available for customers, in order to train their metallurgical staff on topics of both general interest and specific customer’s interest.
Compared to the traditional educational offer existing in the market, the training proposal offered by ProService is characterised by an innovative and pragmatic approach, that is the result of long research in the field of cast iron thermal analysis and extensive experience accrued in the foundries across the globe, thanks to the collaboration with the most important multinational groups working in this sector.
The educational activity we propose to the foundry personnel is characterised also by a high level of efficiency and utility: notwithstanding the difficult economic situation we all are going through now, we believe in the validity of our courses and we are convinced they represent a valid and sure investment for companies. Indeed, a higher degree of knowledge by the foundry staff surely results in an increased saving in work and working means, and, as a consequence, in an economic advantage and increase of the competitiveness on the market. Choosing a new material or evaluating the accuracy of one already in use, changing the components of the charge or reducing the content of the nodularizer, etc...: metallurgists often carry out these actions blindly or relying only upon their own supplier. On the other hand, our teaching staff will show you that there are different ways to analyze the solidification process, scientific-quantitative approaches that supply objective data, on which founding the decisions and, often, going out from a certain immobility.
We offer customers general courses in metallurgy and thermal analysis  periodically organized and held at our seat (or, on request, at the foundry seat), as well as specific courses tailored to the individual needs of the customer. In fact it is possible, and even advisable when the number of potential participants in the training course of a single company is such to justify an in-house course, to directly define with our teachers the topics of a specific and more aimed course.
