ITACA Stabilizer™ can evaluate the need for pre-inoculation based on the nucleation status by Thermal Analysis of iron from a ladle, melting or holding furnace.
Pre-inoculation will only be added when needed, and with an amount sufficient to ensure a high metallurgical status.
ITACA Stabilizer™ doses the alloy with a screw dosing system with extremely high precision and repeatability.
The dimension of the In-stream inoculation hoppers is adapted to the process.
The density of material, minimum time to recharge of hopper, yield of the material, and other specific conditions in the foundry affects the configuration.
